OUR MISSION
The mission of OASIS is to offer transformative, three-day retreat experiences that nurture mental, emotional, and spiritual healing, break generational cycles, and build resilience. Through experiential practices, spiritual resources, and intentional community, OASIS empowers people to reclaim their well-being and step into lives of greater wholeness and spiritual freedom.
OUR VISION
The vision of OASIS is to see people freed from the bondage of past trauma and empowered to walk in purpose. Our hope is to become a global leader in faith-based, experiential healing for women, creating safe and restorative spaces that spark personal breakthroughs, inspire lasting resilience, and reshape communities. We envision a world where women are equipped and empowered to heal deeply, live fully, and lead generational change. Our hope is to see Isaiah 61 come to life in each attendees life.
WORK DRIVEN BY GENEROSITY
Through spiritual surrender, intentional planning, and generosity, we dedicate a portion of each retreat to women who need it most by providing complimentary admission. We welcome those who share our vision to join us in generosity, embodying the spirit of Isaiah 55:1—extending the invitation for all who thirst to come and receive freely.
Meet the founder
Kobe Campbell
Kobe Campbell is the visionary behind OASIS, a sacred space where women of faith come to break cycles, heal trauma, and reclaim their wholeness. As a licensed trauma therapist and faith leader, Kobe has spent years walking with individuals through their most sacred breakthroughs.
OASIS was born from her desire to accelerate and multiply the transformation her clients experience in one-on-one sessions, offering a space where evidence-based practices, spiritual depth, and embodied restoration meet. Her unique approach is rooted in research and led by the Spirit, centering experiential work, community, and spiritual disciplines to create rhythms of lasting change.
With every retreat, Kobe invites women into a soul-safe space where transformation is tangible. Her heart is to hold space for the stories that shaped us and the ones still waiting to unfold.

WHERE YOU COME TO DO THE WORK & FIND RELIEF
People talk a lot about “doing the work,” but what does that actually mean? At OASIS, we don’t just talk about healing. We embody it. Through carefully guided experiential activities, spiritual practices, and community reflection, we help you move beyond awareness into action. This is a space where healing becomes tangible, transformation is felt, and the work is not just discussed but deeply lived. At OASIS, our retreat model is built for both intimacy and impact. Attendees are placed into four small groups, each led by a trained facilitator who provides emotional, psychological, and spiritual support throughout the retreat.
Rather than staying with just one facilitator, each group rotates together—journeying through each session and experience with a different facilitator.
This model ensures that every woman receives the full range of wisdom, support, and guidance from our team while staying grounded in the safety of a consistent group. It's a sacred rhythm of connection, where transformation unfolds through shared experience, diverse insight, and collective healing.
