THE FIVE PILLARS OF OASIS
LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR SIGNATURE STYLE OF HEALING
-
At OASIS, attendees journey through the retreat together, grouped in cohorts of women who share similar stories. This nurtures intimacy, invites courage and reminds attendees they are not alone.
-
In a society that can be over informed and under connected, we help attendees develop insight through activities that stoke insight and embodied wisdom. For the experiences that caused harm, our team created experiences that bring healing.
-
We utilize an intensive model of serving attendees to activate the snowball effects of healing. For many, week to week sessions of therapy or coaching keeps them circling the issue at hand. At OASIS, we get to the heart of it all to invite deep healing.
-
Through age-old spiritual disciplines combined with evidence based calming strategies, we invite attendees to connect to God with thier whole being. Each day includes dedicated time for mental health focused, scripture study led by Kobe Campbell. This time is followed by worship, led by our Grammy-award winning worship team, Doe & IAmSon.

Kobe’s study on the research of biophilic design and the well-documented impact of nature on people recovering from trauma and stress made one thing clear: environment isn't a backdrop to healing, it's part of the medicine. That's why every OASIS retreat is nestled in nature, so attendees can experience the restorative power of God's creation as an active agent in their healin
MEET THE FOUNDER
KOBE CAMPBELL
Kobe Campbell is the visionary behind OASIS, a sacred space where women of faith come to break cycles, heal trauma, and reclaim their wholeness. As a licensed trauma therapist and faith leader, Kobe has spent years walking with individuals through their most sacred breakthroughs.
OASIS was born from her desire to accelerate and multiply the transformation her clients experience in one-on-one sessions, offering a space where evidence-based practices, spiritual depth, and embodied restoration meet. Her unique approach is rooted in research and led by the Spirit, centering experiential work, community, and spiritual disciplines to create rhythms of lasting change.
With every retreat, Kobe invites women into a soul-safe space where transformation is tangible. Her heart is to hold space for the stories that shaped us and the ones still waiting to unfold.
WHERE YOU COME TO DO THE WORK & FIND RELIEF
People talk a lot about “doing the work,” but what does that actually mean? At OASIS, we don’t just talk about healing. We embody it. Through carefully guided experiential activities, spiritual practices, and community reflection, we help you move beyond awareness into action. This is a space where healing becomes tangible, transformation is felt, and the work is not just discussed but deeply lived. At OASIS, our retreat model is built for both intimacy and impact. Attendees are placed into four small groups, each led by a trained facilitator who provides emotional, psychological, and spiritual support throughout the retreat.
Rather than staying with just one facilitator, each group rotates together—journeying through each session and experience with a different facilitator.
This model ensures that every woman receives the full range of wisdom, support, and guidance from our team while staying grounded in the safety of a consistent group. It's a sacred rhythm of connection, where transformation unfolds through shared experience, diverse insight, and collective healing.
